Team Meeting

We have just had our lesson today and a team meeting and in this meeting Besiana, Stanley and I discussed our ideas for the photography for our advert and CD Cover. Although we would all be producing different adverts and CD Covers, we would all use the similar photos and working together gives us all ideas for what we potentially like to achieve. We have also concluded that we will do the photography shoot together as we have roughly the same ideas just different ways of implementing those ideas onto our print products.

Team Meeting

So it's been a couple of weeks editing and making adjustments. In today's lesson me and my partners discussed about doing some research about adverts that relate to our genre which is hip hop/R&B/Soul. So we mainly focused on adverts that had The Weeknd.

Bookings - Editing during our own Free Time

Today our teacher gave us a sheet showing us all the available times we have for booking. I personally chose to do period 4 and period 5 on Wednesdays as i finish early one Wednesdays. The point of these booking sessions is to help us make further improvements to our music video and fill in areas of our music video that we need to fill in. Because we all have different timetables and different periods that we are free, my group members and I have agreed that we meet up in lessons for team meetings and so we can make agreements or adjustments to our music video.

Editing Music Video

In today's lesson we started editing our music video using Premiere Pro. We learned how to reverse clips, we watched many tutorials and we played around with the settings just to geta  feel of the software and to help us get more comfortable using it. 

Shooting Our Music Video and Shots for the CD Print Products

So we managed to get a lot of nice shots while filming as we were also taking shots for our CD print Products. This shot right here is an example of a shot we might use.
